Q:   HOW SHOULD I STORE MY CUPCAKES AND HOW LONG WILL THEY STAY FRESH?
A:    Cupcakes are best eaten on the day of purchase although they will taste as good the next day.  After that we can’t guarantee they’ll taste as good, but if you really need to store your cupcakes longer, keep them in an airtight container at room temperature.

Q:  DO YOU HIRE OUT CUPCAKE STANDS
A :  Yes, but only to customers of Ems Cupcakes.  We have two large 11 tier perspex stands that hold up to 300 cupcakes we hire these for £20 plus a £100 fully returnable deposit.  Also smaller stands are available that hold 12 – 60 cupcakes for £5 plus a £20 fully returnable deposit. All stands must be returned by the following Thursday in order to have your deposit returned unless otherwise discussed.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Deposits and hire can be paid by Paypal, cash or cheque and must be paid in advance.  The full refundable stand deposit charge is taken up on booking and refunded upon satisfactory return of the item(s).  Stands to be returned to us by the Thursday of the week following the hire date.  Damage or loss of equipment (or any part thereof) will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may lead to additional charges if this is insufficient to replace the item.  Prices may be subject to change depending on supply cost changes.  We reserve the right to cancel any order, at any time until full payment has been taken.  In these circumstances, any deposits taken will be returned.
