Q: HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I ORDER MY CAKES
A: All our cupcakes are handmade to order with lots of love and attention, so for standard flavours from our usual menu please allow a minimum of 3 days from order for careful preparation of your cupcakes.  Special requests and tailored cupcakes can take a few more days, so the longer lead time you give us the better.  Larger quantities including wedding cupcakes and giant cupcakes require a minimum of 2 weeks

Q: CAN YOU PERSONALISE THE CUPCAKES
A:  Absolutely, please call to discuss and we will always endeavor to meet your requirements

Q:  CAN YOU DELIVERY THE CUPCAKES
A:   Yes, delivery in Thanet is £2.50 and 50p per mile further afield.  Or, you can collect from our home in Ramsgate or the Market Stall in Canterbury on Fridays and Saturdays.

Q:  HOW CAN I PAY FOR THE CUPCAKES
A:   Payment is by cash on the market stall, you can make a bank transfer straight into our account, or we can send you a Paypal invoice for a fee of 5% of the order value

Q:  WHAT ALLERGY INFORMATION CAN YOU PROVIDE
A:   We use nuts in our kitchen and in some of our cupcakes so we cannot guarantee that any our cupcakes are nut free.  We can make gluten free and dairy free cupcakes on request.
